“ You will go far with CTR” - Mr.Haymore

This means that as long as you are  CTR person good things will come to you. When you choose the right you choose to study instead of going to a party or doing nothing but watch Tv. When you choose to study, you will most likely understand your classes and get good grades. Add to that most CTR people actually help out the community and volunteer. All this looks really good on college applications. This can all lead to a good degree and high paying job. A CTR person does not only do things for themselves but for other people. When you help people out when they are in need they will most likely help you out when you need it. A CTR person will try and be nice to everyone and have a friendly attitude. Be respectful,selfless,  Responsible, and helpful. Be a CTR person it will help you in the long run.

                        CLASS EVALUATION
                  Some of the things I liked about this class was that it honestly made me see how to become a better person. Although it is hard, this class taught me that you get nice things out of doing nice things. I also liked the fact we got to learn coding. I liked going on code.org. I also liked the typing tutorial games they were fun and every time I played it I would try and outdo my previous score.I also liked how Mr.haymore was always smiling and greeted us with a friendly attitude. He was very nice and helpful.
                Some of the things I did not like was that The khan academy coding was very difficult. At times I did not understand it no matter how many times I went back to review it. I also did not like that we had to agree with some of the statements he put. Add to that I did not like that he made it seem like it was so easy to always choose the right. At times it is pretty boring and we are young and want to have fun.I also did not like that we did not get to interact with people in the classroom all that much.
               Some recommendations might be teaching them about actual problems going on in the world right now ( racism, homophobia,donald trump) and make them reflect on that. Let them write what they believe in because it will be easier for them to give examples about that. Let them socialize a little more. Have them research careers they want to do.
               The highlight for me in this class was that although I did not agree with some of the statements I still made it seem like I did and I learned how to argue things I did not believe in. I also liked that I learned and tried to learn how to code.
               I think I could have done a little better in the beginning because at first I did not try but after I ended up trying and giving longer reflections. I also tried doing the projects Mr. Haymore gave us to do during the weekend. Overall I could have done better and I should have not slacked off in the middle.
               I am trying my hardest to do that. I usually open it and then reflect on some how goals of mine are dumb and then i cross them out. I usually do it before I go to sleep. I put stuff about me being productive. I have made so many goals but have accomplished so little. This journal motivates me because I see how lazy I am when I actually write things down and do not accomplish them.
                 I feel that as of now I am not committed to being a CTR person . The reason is because I am young and young people do stupid things. The best stories are the ones that are adventures and that are mostly wrong. I do not want to live my life prim and proper all the time. I will be nice and respectful the most that I can be. I will try and be friendly with everyone and help people out at times.I will try my best to be a good person, but a Ctr person is something else.

Choosing the right and not choosing the right is what more choices are about. There is temptation all over the world but when you are a CTR person you will always do the right thing no matter what. Although it is a very difficult thing to do that is why they call in the ultimate choice. An example might be sneaking out,although that party or wherever you're going to seems fun something can happen along the way and your parents will not know where you are at. When you choose the wrong you are not only hurting yourself but everyone around you. Although choosing the right might seem boring it will most likely give you a good future. Choosing the wrong is fun at times but it can also be dangerous and harmful. Being a good person to everyone around you is an example of what one can do in order to make the choice. Maybe at times it is hard to be a CTR person because you are young and want to have fun go ahead. A nice personality and a good attitude will make up for it sometimes. Sometimes you won’t get caught and sometimes you will, either way what goes around comes around. Remember that when you want to make a bad decision or make your parents worry.

I agree with this statement. The reason being is because in order to plan out what your future is going to be you must work hard for it. People who are wealthy by working are the most successful people out there. They set goals and accomplished them. They worked hard to get to where they are. AN example would be my sister Jeannine  she spent all 4 years of high school stressing out getting into clubs and volunteering  and she ended up getting into UC IRVINE. When she was in Irvine she did not stop working. She did not stop she had a goal so she got an internship at a very good company with good pay and she is now a worker there because she actually set a goal to have them hire her. In the end our future is going to be the path that we took and the choices we have made in the past.  When we choose the right our future is bound to be good. Remember to choose the right.                         

“ Even if everyone is doing it, Wrong IS NEVER RIGHT.”

I believe this statement is true. The reason being is that no matter what everyone does you should still be good and true to what is right. For example if everyone is getting super drunk at a party you should still not do it because it puts yourself in danger. There can be many accidents at that party and you’ll be either the one to cause it or have an accident if you are drunk. No matter what everyone says the trend is you have to be able to stand up for what is right. Another example is going against everyone else for the good makes you become a better person. You now do not have to care what all those silly people think and you feel even better about yourself. Everyone can be doing drugs and it will not be right because it is harming your body and leave a serious impact. Remember to always choose the right.

This statement is true.When you put your mind to something you can obviously do it.Obviously there will be many obstacles ,but if you set a goal you will most likely do it.One example would be when my sister wanted to get into a good University she set her goal once she reached high school. Right now she is attending UC IRVINE  and is about to graduate.My other sister wanted to become a makeup artist and she set a goal to work at either Sephora or Ulta. She achieved her goal because right now she is working at Sephora. When you choose the right and set a goal it will help you realize what and who you want to become.Goal setting is something to keep you organized and ready to become a ctr person.

This statement is true. I agree with this because by actually practicing and doing it you actually get better.For example when you want to get an A on your math test you study and you practice hoping to get better at is to pass your maths test.Another example would be dancing i use to say that I sucked at dancing and i didn't even try but now as ive danced a little bit more i'm  getting better at it. People who become professional skateboarders and who are super good practice. They worked hard for what they got. They obviously weren’t as good as they are right now, but the more the did what they aspired to do the better they got at it. When you choose the right and practice of course you get better.Unlike some people who think it is going to be handed to them.Remember to ctr and you’ll accomplish lots of things.
