“ I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else and I can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it,”

You can not let yourself be the victim. If you do not like something you say it or do something about it to fix it. Feeling sorry for yourself makes you weak and can at times influence the choice between choosing the right or choosing the wrong. Most of the times when you feel sorry for yourself you either lay around and whine about it or you have no energy to do anything when your life is going to flames. Instead of that work hard and work smart for what you want. Go to school, study and do the best and be the best person you can be. Ben Carson instead of feeling sorry for himself worked hard and got out of poverty which is something he hated if he did it then why can’t you? Remember to choose the right.
